Request to remove your account and personal data from our systems
Important Notice
Deleting your account is permanent. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your medical history and appointment records through the mobile application.
1Account Deletion Request
To request the deletion of your account and all associated data from Amani Children's Clinic, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact via Email
Send an email to manichildrensclinic@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Step 2: Verification
Include the Email Address used to register the account. We will verify your identity before proceeding.
Step 3: Processing
Once verified, we will delete your personal profile, including your name, email, and phone number, within 30 days.
Data Retention Policy
Please note that following medical regulations, some clinical records and appointment history may be retained for the legally required period as part of your medical history with Amani Childrens Clinic, even after your user account is deleted. This is necessary for regulatory compliance and ensuring continuity of medical care.
